What is mediation?

Mediation provides an environment for disputing parties to resolve their differences whilst avoiding a formal legal process.

Helping to resolve disputes of all complexities the mediator facilitates a confidential process that encourages and aids disputing parties to:

  • Identify their interests and needs from a resolution

  • Originate and negotiate potential solutions

  • Remain in control of the ultimate outcome

Of course there is more to the process than that. Have a look

at our brochure for more in depth guidance.

We have worked with Nigel on a number of challenging situations and have always found his help to be invaluable. He has the ability to quickly understand the issues in dispute and possesses the clarity of thought and calmness of manner to guide people towards consensus and agreement.

The result is that often these matters are brought to a successful conclusion after one meeting.
A fantastic mediator who I recommend without reservation.
